Chibuzor Tina Amadi

Chibuzor Tina Amadi is a policy leader, educator, and long-standing advocate. With over 20 years of experience across youth work, education, government engagement, human rights, International relations and grassroots organising, Chibuzor Tina brings a powerful combination of lived experience, policy expertise, and people-first leadership to her role.

Chibuzor Tina is deeply committed to giving power back to the community. She believes that residents shouldn’t just be consulted – they should be co-creators in the policies that affect their lives. That’s why she will work to open up council processes so that constituents are actively involved in policy planning, decision-making, and implementation -from street level to strategic level.

Chibuzor Tina’s track record includes educating and mentoring young people, writing international advocacy campaigns, briefing Members of Parliament, and working with faith and civic organisations to influence long-term policy change. She understands the machinery of government -but she also understands how it often leaves communities behind.

If elected, Chibuzor Tina will bring that same strategic passion and grassroots accountability to Harlesden and Kensal Green residents, fighting to ensure that the council is meticulous, responsive, and ambitious on behalf of all.
