Ketan has been a councillor for Wembley since 2010. He grew up around Ealing Road and attended Lyon Park and Copland schools. Now a practising lawyer, he works to challenge injustice and is committed to helping vulnerable people secure fair outcomes.
Ketan is Chair of Brent’s Community and Wellbeing Scrutiny Committee and also chairs the North West London Joint Health Scrutiny Committee. Through these roles, he has focused on tackling health inequalities, improving access to GP services, and holding NHS providers to account for the quality and safety of care across North West London. He has taken a particular interest in improving services at local hospitals and ensuring residents can access timely, appropriate support when they need it.
Locally, Ketan is committed to working with residents, businesses and partners to secure continued improvements to Wembley High Road and Ealing Road. He prioritises tackling anti-social behaviour and environmental issues, including persistent problems such as spitting, and wants to keep local parks safe, welcoming and well maintained for everyone to enjoy.
